New Year’s Resolutions

It’s that time again.  Time to make new year’s resolutions.  Time to decide what we want to change and how we want to change it.  It’s a challenging task to take on alone, but it’s often made easier when we have a pacing partner.  Or a community to support us.  And the best way to add fire to our goal is to say it out loud.  To share it.  To tell other people about it so that they can hold us accountable and inspire us to continue on our journey.

Why not make your goal this year to help create the healthiest kids in the world?  Right here in Canada.

Whether you are a parent or a teacher or a politician or a farmer, what are your ideas about how we can help reach this goal?  What has worked for you?  What hasn’t worked?  By connecting people across the country who are inspired to give all Canadian children the gift of healthy living, we can do it.  Together.

So make your list of new year’s resolutions for you, your family and your community.  And if helping create the healthiest kids in the world is on your list, then join the movement.
